What is Indaxy?
Indaxy is an industrial asset inventory and valuation app. On site you photograph the nameplate, dictate the condition and the record is ready; on the web you review, value and export the inventory.
Who develops Indaxy?
Indaxy is proprietary technology of Capital Appraisal, S.L., a RICS-regulated industrial asset valuation firm that develops and runs the platform.
Which devices does it run on?
On iPhone and Android, with the App Store and Google Play apps, and in the browser at app.indaxy.com. The account and each asset record are the same everywhere.
Does it work offline?
Yes. With no signal, assets are stored on the phone and sync to the web on their own as soon as the connection is back.
How does it read the nameplate?
When you photograph the plate, Indaxy reads the manufacturer, model and serial number on the device and puts each one in its field of the record. You only check them.
Can I start from the inventory I already have?
Yes. You import the client's Excel file and arrive on site with the assets already loaded: you only review and complete them. The inventory can also be exported to Excel.
